Yoga Mandir
Yoga Mandir is run by Jeeth Walgampaya. She has a wonderful energy and shares this
energy in a beautiful studio with hardwood floors that invite you to open up and
explore the benefits of your yoga practice. Jeeth runs seven classes a week, scheduled
from Monday through Saturday. What follows is her description of the benefits of
yoga, contact information, and a class schedule.

There are so many benefits to Yoga. Yoga opens up your body and crates more
breathing space therefore giving more energy and stamina. Yoga connects your
mind and body through various "asanas" (postures) and through meditation.

Yoga enhances youthfulness, tones the muscles, and increases flexibility. It helps
to free yourself from the daily stress and strains of life.

Breathing disorders, tiredness, and digestive disorders will be improved with
Yoga. It also soothes the nervous system.
